Pretend Cappucinno

 

cappuccino-on-sunday.jpgI discovered a great way to enjoy a regular cup of coffee! And, it really felt like I was drinking a cappucinno. I added a small amount of non-dairy creamer (powder kind) and then put a dollop of fat-free Cool Whip on top. The Cool Whip melted and made a froth over the top of my coffee. And, the best part……….0 points!

Activity Points?

I have never counted my activity points.  Technically, I could eat 2 or 3 more points on the days that I exercise, but I’ve always figured it would help me out if I ignored that option.  If I’m extremely hungry, I will allow myself the points, but I find that I rarely need them.  So, go for it!  See if it works for you!
