Activity Points?
I have never counted my activity points. Technically, I could eat 2 or 3 more points on the days that I exercise, but I’ve always figured it would help me out if I ignored that option. If I’m extremely hungry, I will allow myself the points, but I find that I rarely need them. So, go for it! See if it works for you!

Great idea. I usually use loop holes like this to sabatoge my diet. I’ll try this.
